My Client is a global leader in its market. Manufacturing across several continents. They wish to replace a Business analyst. Job description below.
·Analyse and understand current business processes and in partnership with business areas redesign, to ensure maximum benefits and efficiencies are achieved
·Investigate alternative processes through facilitating workshops at an individual and group level
·Manage and assist in the implementation of new business processes and systems to translate business process into functionality
·Awareness of all new system developments in order to understand their capabilities and potential as part of a complete systems strategy
·Assist in the configuration of the on-going development of OneWorld, Cognos and other software packages to achieve optimum functionality
·Testing and documentation of new systems development, systems set-up and documentation of user guides
·Responsibility for change management for new systems
·Problem solve live OneWorld and Cognos application issues and escalate as appropriate to ensure resolution
